We ship our products within 3 working days after receiving cleared payment.
All packages are shipped out from our warehouss in Hong Kong. Also, there is an option that your package is sent from Croatia. 

Shipping methods

Express shipping

- We send our packages by DHL express shipping method. Delivery time: 5-7 working days.

Regular shipping 

 – Packages are sent by Singapore post or Netherlands post. Delivery time: 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

Extra fast express shipping

- Packages are sent by DHL from the warehouse in Croatia. Packages will be sent the same day when the order is made, if made before (+1) CET 13:00pm or next day if the order is placed after (+1) CET 13:00pm. Delivery time: 1-3 working days. With this shipping method, there are no import charges for EU countries. 

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from 24kupi.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
